Terms & Conditions, Program Rules

1. Eligibility

• Open to all builders worldwide, except where restricted by law.
• Projects must be original work of the participants.
• Pre-existing projects are eligible for rewards if they are expanded or significantly improved during the season.
• By participating, builders agree to these rules and TAIKAI’s general platform T&C.

2. Participation Rules

• Participants must register a project on TAIKAI Garden platform (https://garden.taikai.network/) to enter a Season contest.
• Only Graduated Projects are eligible for rewards and prize competition.
• Teams may consist of solo builders or groups (no strict team size limit).
• All submissions must not contain offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Builders retain full ownership of their projects but grant TAIKAI the right to showcase them for marketing/community purposes.

3. Graduation Criteria

To graduate from the Garden, projects must:

1. Submit a working prototype or MVP at https://garden.taikai.network/.
2. Provide a public project description.
3. Publish the project and submit it for Graduation.
4. Demonstrate clear utility, originality, or technical execution.
